Measure your Ring Size with Paper & Tape Measure or Ruler
Ready to find out how to measure a ring size in the easiest way?
I've taught this method to so many people.
It really works.
And the way I teach it, even if you've never heard of it before, you can't get it wrong.
Whether you're figuring out your size for an engagement ring or a statement one, this method works all round.
You will need the following:
- Tape measure
- Ring size chart
So, where to start?
Cut a thin and long piece of paper.
Wrap it around your finger.
You want to do this exactly below the knuckle.
Don’t measure the root of the finger, where your ring normally lies.
If you do that, the ring won’t pass through the knuckle.
The paper strip is supposed to be wider than the root of the finger.
When you have comfortably wrapped the paper around, mark it with a pen.
The mark should be placed in the exact spot where the ends of the paper meet.
Now take the paper and measure it using measuring tape.
Measure from the start of the paper to the pen mark.
Note the number down.
Now, you can compare it on a ring size chart.
Every online jewelry store has one, so get looking.
You will be able to find your ring size immediately!
Read your measurement in inches/millimeters.
Now, look for the ring size that corresponds to it.
You can now buy a ring without any worries.
So there you have it!
I better give you a main ring size chart where you're able to convert numbers or see all that exist.
If you're a good student, you should be able to measure your ring size every time forever.
I think that every lady should have the ring-finger measurement ready, always. ✌
That way, if a proposal is in the works, your friends can help by secretly revealing your size!
Trust me, this will save you from resizing your ring later.
So, was it a success for you?
