United States, Canada & Australia, UK to Inner Circumference and Inner Diameter Ring Size Conversion

United States, Canada & Australia, UK have two different ways of sizing rings.

In the infographic chart you see we put two variations. The inner circumference and inner diameter both in mm. Each one of these variations are common for  people in different areas of these countries. So when you wanna buy a your ring from us you may not know why our ring sizes are not familiar to you. And you're wondering what ring size they're going by?

Take a look at it.

Depending on which one of these is more comfortable for you to use, find the right size and its other converted numbers.

No calculator needed.

If you wanna have this ring size chart you can download/save and print it to keep in your phone or computer.

Here's an example of how you can convert your ring size to the US size or other way around.

Example 1: Inner Circumference To United States Ring Size

Let's say you know your ring size is "59.1". But when you encounter with our product pages you see that they're from more or less 3 to 14. So you're wondering how to know what ring size you're referring to and what ring size we're using.

We're using US/Canada ring size numbers. They start from 1 and go up. The majority of people fall between 4-13.5. That means 3½ and 14½ are rare.

Women’s rings typically range from size 4 to 10. Men’s rings typically range from size 7 to 14½.

With that said you look for the inner circumference column and find where the "59.1" is. Consider that raw and see what number you see in the United States column. You'll see that it's the size 6.

Example 2: Inner Diameter To United States Ring Size

Your size is "3 US" but you don't know how many mm it's Inner Diameter is. Simply by finding the number 3 in the US column first, then look at it's conversion in the same row for Inner Diameter.

What Ring Size Should You Choose?

Your ring should fit comfortably; snug enough so that it won't fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.

Finger sizes change depending on the time of day, activities and the weather. Some activities or some physical positions may flow more blood in your hands. So your fingers become slightly bigger. That's why you don't wanna get a ring that is too tight. Since the tight ring may decries the blood flow and turn your finger to red, blue or purple. This is not a good sign and experience.

In our daily life some common situations occur where your finger size may change for a limited time. At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm you fingers may become larger. Alternatively, fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.

On the other hand, have a very big ring will may fall out and you lose it.

So what to do to find out your best and more accurate ring size?

The best way to find your most accurate ring size is to try wearing a ring and see how it goes. There's two ways that allows you to do it. The key is that you should experience what actually is the best.

  1. The first way is to find out the right size from the other rings you have which fit perfectly. This a very good way to find out a proven size.

  2. The second safe way requires a Ring Sizing Tool. Use the tool to measure your finger size 3 to 4 times during the day to eliminate an erroneous reading. Keep in mind that you must write them down each time so you don't make any mistake.

How to measure your ring size if don't have a Finger Ring Sizer?

What is a Finger Ring Sizer? It's basically a bunch of rings with different sizes that show their accurate numbers on them.
