After orders are made and received by our workshop, it undergoes verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. This usually takes around 1-3 days. We'll let you know when it's shipped.
We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Enter this tracking number in the track your order field on ourOrder Tracking page to track your order. If it has been over 3 business day after you placed your order and you have not received your tracking number, please contact us.
On the checkout page, you will find two boxes at the top/right side where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Only one discount code or gift card code can be applied at a time. Please contact us or send us a message through our messenger chat box down on the right of the page if you have any problems applying your discount codes.
P.S: Please note, if you used the fast checkout process by clicking the " PayPal" button at the top of the customer information page at the beginning of the checkout process that you won't be able to enter your discount/gift card codes. You need to use the usual checkout process to enter your discount/ gift card codes.
We typically process orders within 1-3 days. When we ship out your package, An automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that you can insert on ourOrder Trackingto know exactly where is your package. We charge no taxes on our orders. However, we can't actually gauge whether you going to pay customs fees or not because each country varies in their customs fees and rules.
To make our payment process worry-free we process all our payments by PayPal Express Checkout through which you can pay withCredit Card( Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or your debit card if you don't have a PayPal account or pay by logging into your PayPal account if you have one.
Youdon't needPayPal account for the PayPal express checkout, you can choose to"Pay with Credit or Debit Card"which will redirect you to"PayPal Guest Checkout". Step by Step Guide on how to pay with credit/debit card is provided in the next question's answer.
