HOW TO CLEAN TARNISHED GOLD WITH HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS

With this simple trick on how to clean tarnished gold with household products you'll make your gold jewelry shiny again.

Gold tarnish is a normal thing that can occur.

Exposure to air and moisture is the cause of that.

But, you don’t have to worry if you have spotted dark patches on your jewelry.

Use this method on to get rid of them.

The household products you need:

• Mild dish-washing liquid
• Warm water
• Cotton swab
• Soft lint-free cloth

1. Dissolve a few drops of mild dish washing liquid in a bowl of warm water.
   Avoid cold water, because it won’t be able to dissolve the grease and dirt.
2. Dip the cotton swab and clean the tarnished spots.
3. Dry with a soft lint-free cloth.
   Leave it to air dry overnight.
