Create an actual-size outline

Use this page as a manual visualization worksheet. Write down the earring’s height, width, hoop diameter, thickness, drop from the piercing, and stated per-ear weight. Draw the front outline on paper at those dimensions, cut it out, and hold it near the ear without attaching it to the piercing.

Use the worksheet as a guide, not a guarantee

Confirm whether hoop diameter is inside or outside and whether dimensions include hooks, bails, drops, or moving parts.

  1. Mark the exact post, wire, or hook connection point on the paper outline before comparing its position.
