Data Leyloon may collect

Leyloon may collect account details, profile details, loved-one entries, sizing, dates, favorites, saved items, cart and checkout details, orders, shipping and billing details, support messages, uploaded references, AI prompts, generated design context, reviews, comments, and device or analytics data.

How Leyloon uses data

Leyloon uses data to run the website, keep accounts and bags working, prepare quotes, process orders, provide support, show relevant saved details, track production, prevent fraud, improve recommendations, and send updates the customer has requested or that are necessary for an order.

Service providers and sharing

Leyloon may share limited data with payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, messaging, fraud-prevention, support, and operations providers when needed to provide the service. Leyloon does not sell raw profile, sizing, or loved-one details as a customer list.

Profile visibility

Public profile fields, saved styles, sizes, dates, and social activity only appear according to the visibility choices built into the profile experience. Sensitive contact details such as phone, email, and address are treated more carefully and may require a connected loved-one relationship or permission.

Security and retention

Leyloon uses practical safeguards for customer data and keeps records as long as needed for account use, orders, support, tax, fraud prevention, warranties, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.

Customer choices

Customers can update profile visibility, notification preferences, regional settings, cookie choices, saved addresses, loved-one entries, and many account details from the profile, settings, or Help pages.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order changesLeyloon accepts eligible returns for up to 60 days after delivery. Leyloon does not charge a return fee for eligible returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless Leyloon sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
60-day return window

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the packaging, certificates, appraisal cards, tags, and accessories that came with it.

Return shipping cost

Leyloon does not charge a restocking or return processing fee for eligible returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless Leyloon shipped the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom and personalized work

Made-to-order, engraved, altered, resized, special-order, final-sale, and customer-approved custom pieces may not be eligible for a standard return after production begins. If a quote, product page, or approval message states special return terms, those terms apply to that piece.

Refund review

Refunds are reviewed after Leyloon receives and inspects the item. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Shipping, duties, insurance, expedited carrier fees, and third-party charges may be excluded where allowed.

Credits, discounts, and refunds

If a discount code was used, Leyloon refunds only the amount the customer actually paid after that discount. Discount value is not refunded as cash. If Leyloon credits were used, the cash portion returns to the original payment method when approved, and the credit portion is restored to the customer's Leyloon credit balance. Only one discount code may be used on an order.

Changes and cancellations

Customers can request a change or cancellation from Orders or Help. Leyloon can approve the request when the order has not moved too far into sourcing, customization, production, engraving, packaging, or shipment.

When Leyloon may cancel an order

Leyloon may cancel and refund an order if the item or stone is unavailable, a supplier removes it, the delivery address cannot be served, fraud or payment risk is detected, the requested work cannot be fulfilled, or a price/specification error is discovered. Leyloon will usually explain the reason and refund the amount actually paid through the original payment path when possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact Help with the order number, photos, video if useful, and packaging details as soon as possible so Leyloon can review the issue.

Shipping, processing, production, and trackingLeyloon shows the best available processing estimate before checkout or quote approval and keeps production, shipment, and carrier tracking connected to the order.
Processing estimates

Ready pieces, stones, jewelry products, services, and custom designs can have different processing paths. Leyloon provides the clearest available estimate on the product, quote, checkout, order, or tracking page.

Custom production updates

For custom jewelry, the order may show design review, stone review, making, engraving, quality check, media approval, packaging, shipping, and delivery. Steps appear according to the specific order and customer requests.

Delay notices

If Leyloon cannot ship within a stated timeframe, Leyloon notifies the customer with an updated estimate and a clear next step, including whether the customer may approve the delay, change the order, or request cancellation when available.

Carrier tracking

Once the package ships, Leyloon adds the carrier, tracking number, and tracking link when available. Carrier scans can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address review

Customers can ask to update the shipping address before shipment. After a package has shipped, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.

Duties, taxes, and delivery conditions

Duties, import fees, taxes, carrier fees, signature requirements, and delivery limitations may depend on the destination and carrier. Checkout and support updates should keep these details clear when they apply.

Personalization storage can remember recently viewed pieces, feed preferences, saved design context, regional choices, and profile draft details on the current browser.

Analytics and marketing

Analytics and marketing tools may help Leyloon understand product interest, improve pages, measure campaigns, and avoid irrelevant messages. These tools should respect consent, opt-out, and do-not-sell/share choices where those choices apply.

Third-party tools

Payment, analytics, shipping, messaging, advertising, and embedded media providers may use their own cookies or tracking technologies according to their own policies and Leyloon’s configuration.

Managing choices

Customers can update Leyloon cookie and privacy choices in settings and can also clear or block cookies from their browser. Blocking some storage may affect sign-in, bag, checkout, or regional preferences.

Access, correction, deletion, export, and opt-out requestsCustomers can ask Leyloon to access, correct, export, delete, or limit certain personal data where those rights apply.
Access and export

A customer can request a copy of eligible account, profile, preference, order, and support data. Leyloon may limit exports that would expose security credentials, payment tokens, another person’s private data, or confidential operational records.

Correction

Customers can ask Leyloon to correct inaccurate profile, contact, shipping, billing, order, sizing, or saved preference details. Some changes may require verification.

Deletion

Customers can request deletion of eligible personal data. Leyloon may retain records needed for completed orders, payments, tax, fraud prevention, support history, warranties, disputes, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.

Opt-out choices

Customers can update marketing, analytics, personalization, notification, and do-not-sell/share choices where these choices apply. Order-critical messages may still be sent when needed for a purchase or support request.

Verification

Leyloon verifies the person making a data request before taking action. If a request is made by an authorized agent, Leyloon may ask for proof of authority and account verification.

Using Leyloon

Customers may use Leyloon to browse, save, design, compare stones, request quotes, place orders, track production, message support, and manage profiles. Customers must use the site lawfully and provide accurate information.

SMS text updates

Customers may opt in to receive automated Leyloon text messages about account updates, order updates, quote replies, saved bag reminders, loved-one gift reminders, and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Quotes, prices, and availability

Product prices, quote estimates, stone availability, metal choices, production scope, taxes, shipping, and timing may change until Leyloon confirms the order or sends an accepted quote. Obvious errors can be corrected.

Payments and order confirmation

Leyloon accepts major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay / Clearpay, Scalapay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, China UnionPay, and eligible regional bank or debit methods through Stripe. Final availability depends on the customer's device, country, currency, order amount, and Leyloon payment settings. Checkout shows the order summary, payment path, shipping details, and confirmation flow. Some orders may require Leyloon review before payment is captured or production begins.

Discounts, Leyloon credits, and order totals

Only one discount code can be used on an order. Discounts are applied before Leyloon credits. Eligible Leyloon credits may be used according to the current credit policy shown in checkout. Refunds do not convert unused discounts into cash; approved cash refunds are limited to the amount actually paid, and eligible used credits return to the customer's Leyloon credit balance.

Order cancellation by Leyloon

Placing an order does not require Leyloon to fulfill it if fulfillment is not possible or appropriate. Leyloon may cancel and refund an order because of unavailable inventory, supplier removal, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, payment risk, impossible production scope, incorrect specifications, or an obvious pricing error.

Customer content

Customers are responsible for prompts, uploads, comments, reviews, public profile content, and references they provide. Leyloon may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, spammy, infringing, unsafe, or unrelated to the service.

Reviews and social activity

Reviews, likes, saves, comments, shares, follows, public designs, and public profile actions may be shown according to customer settings and site rules. Paid or sponsored endorsements must be clear and truthful.

Service limits

Leyloon may pause, limit, or refuse service for suspected fraud, payment risk, abusive behavior, impossible production requests, unsafe content, legal risk, or repeated misuse of the site.

Jewelry, stone, and product disclosuresLeyloon describes stone origin, lab-created status, simulated materials, treatments, weights, certificates, metals, care needs, and design previews as clearly as possible.
Stone origin and identity

Natural, lab-grown, lab-created, simulated, imitation, treated, composite, and assembled materials should be described clearly before purchase or quote approval.

Certificates and specifications

Stone reports, certificates, carat weights, dimensions, colors, clarity, cut, metal weight, ring size, and images can vary by source. Leyloon reviews meaningful specs before production or shipment when they matter to the order.

Images, renders, and previews

AI images, renderings, mockups, and product photos help explain design direction. They are not a final manufacturing promise unless the final quote, order, or approval message confirms the exact details.

Care and use

Jewelry can be affected by impact, chemicals, water, heat, cleaning methods, daily wear, resizing, repairs, and improper storage. Leyloon may provide care instructions for specific materials or settings.

Leyloon Atelier, prompts, saved designs, and public publishingLeyloon Atelier helps customers explore jewelry ideas while keeping private prompts, loved-one details, profile data, and quote decisions protected.
Creative concepts

AI-generated ideas are visual directions that can help Leyloon understand style, stone direction, metal, occasion, and mood. Final feasibility, materials, price, timing, and production details require review.

Private context

Uploaded references, prompts, saved sizes, loved-one details, gift dates, budgets, and private profile fields are treated as customer context unless the customer chooses to publish or share them.

Publishing and social use

Customers can publish or save selected designs, ideas, comments, and profile activity according to available visibility controls. Leyloon may moderate public content to reduce spam, scams, abuse, and misleading claims.

Quote review

A quote review confirms the design direction, stone, material, size, personalization, timeline, and any limits before a piece moves into production.
