Crafting/Processing your jewelry takes 3-15 Business Days(depending on your customization or your jewelry complexity).

- We cover 100% of the insured FedEx or DHL shipping and handling costs.

- After we ship it out, you'll receive a tracking code/link to track your package.

- A signature may require upon arrival. So please place your order with your legal name.

- If you need to change/update your address, you must contact us and update us with your new address before we ship your package out during the crafting/processing time. You're fully responsible if you insert the wrong address. 

- Please provide your phone number upon placing your order for smoother delivery.

Track Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes your order tracking number. Use the number to track your package on our Order Tracking page.

Processing Time Explained:

Leyloon is the FASTEST jewelry making company in the world. As we said earlier, the total time required to make your jewelry is only 3-15 Business Days. 

We hand make every piece specifically for you, with your accurate ring size. So these are not mass produced items to have and keep in stock. We have some of the most commonly sold stones already cut and ready in stock, but some others need to be hand cut as per your order.

Generally speaking, making jewelry gets divided in three different parts:

1) Design

- If you don't require any changes to the jewelry design, then this wouldn't add any extra time to the processing time. 

- If you require any design changes, then this would add to the overall processing time. The production processing time starts from the time you place your main order, when the design is approved. 

- The design process can take from a few hours up to a few days of communication between us. It would really depend on the complexity.

2) Stone Cutting

- If you order round cuts, we probably have them in stock. 

- If the stone is fancy cut (anything other than round cut) or fancy color (anything other than colorless), it may require custom cutting. Custom cutting would take 7 days. 

3) Jewelry Making/Crafting

- The jewelry crafting/making process itself would take around 1 week.

- Yellow gold, rose gold and Platinum 950 products get finished 1 day faster, because they don't require plating. White gold, or Vermeil products take 1 day longer, because they require plating.

- All together, usually the orders that use all round cut stones are faster to process. Usually we make them from the start to finish until they're ready to ship within 1-2 weeks only.

- All together, usually the orders that use fancy cut/color stones, would take 2-3 weeks to make.

Please note that these are handmade products, so sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. So this is just our estimated time. However we always do our best and greatest to finish them as soon as possible even ahead of the schedule, with the highest quality possible. So if the processing time gets extended, please be patient until we finish it for you with our best and greatest quality.
