- Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter. If you plan to measure one of your partner's rings, try to measure one with a similar width as the ring you want to purchase.

- Make sure the finger is at normal body temperature when sizing it. Fingers can shrink or expand when hot or cold.

- Your fingers tend to change size throughout the day. The best time to measure your finger is the end of the day.

- If your knuckle is bigger, take 2 measurements and choose a size in between — your ring needs to fit over knuckle but not be too loose or it will shift around.

- Your left and right hands may be different sizes. So only measure the finger you wanna wear the ring on.

Every custom design piece require a custom design fee so we can specifically design a special piece for you exactly as you wish down to the smallest details. It's usually $70-$200 USD based on complexity.

Sometimes, if the piece is complex, I won't be able to quote you on the spot. Therefore you'd need to place a custom design order before I give you a quotation. We design and show you the Computer Aided Design(CAD) images, and we get your approval. After that, we can figure out the accurate total carat weight and metal weight before we can give you an accurate quote.

Crafting/Processing Time

Crafting/Processing your jewelry takes 3-15 Business Days(depending on your customization or your jewelry complexity).

- After we ship it out, you'll receive a tracking code/link to track your package.

- A signature may require upon arrival. So please place your order with your legal name.

- If you need to change/update your address, you must contact us and update us with your new address before we ship your package out during the crafting/processing time. You're fully responsible if you insert the wrong address.

Processing Time Explained:

Leyloon is the FASTEST jewelry making company in the world. As we said earlier, the total time required to make your jewelry is only 3-15 Business Days. 

We hand make every piece specifically for you, with your accurate ring size. So these are not mass produced items to have and keep in stock. We have some of the most commonly sold stones already cut and ready in stock, but some others need to be hand cut as per your order.

Generally speaking, making jewelry gets divided in three different parts:

1) Design

- If you don't require any changes to the jewelry design, then this wouldn't add any extra time to the processing time. 

- If you require any design changes, then this would add to the overall processing time. The production processing time starts from the time you place your main order, when the design is approved. 

- The design process can take from a few hours up to a few days of communication between us. It would really depend on the complexity.

2) Stone Cutting

- If you order round cuts, we probably have them in stock. 

- If the stone is fancy cut (anything other than round cut) or fancy color (anything other than colorless), it may require custom cutting. Custom cutting would take 7 days. 

3) Jewelry Making/Crafting

- The jewelry crafting/making process itself would take around 1 week.

- Yellow gold, rose gold and Platinum 950 products get finished 1 day faster, because they don't require plating. White gold, or Vermeil products take 1 day longer, because they require plating.

- All together, usually the orders that use all round cut stones are faster to process. Usually we make them from the start to finish until they're ready to ship within 1-2 weeks only.

- All together, usually the orders that use fancy cut/color stones, would take 2-3 weeks to make.

Please note that these are handmade products, so sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. So this is just our estimated time. However we always do our best and greatest to finish them as soon as possible even ahead of the schedule, with the highest quality possible. So if the processing time gets extended, please be patient until we finish it for you with our best and greatest quality.

Returned jewelry must be undamaged in the same condition and packaging.

If there's any problem with your order caused by us, we'll cover the shipping costs for you to return it to us, then we'll ship you another one. If you wanna return it because of anything else from your side, then you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

You should only ship it with an insured trackable shipping company such as FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, UPS.

Exchanging would take the same amount of time as when you buy a new one. We'll get to craft you another one for you.

Custom Design fees are non-refundable. Because they're a service, not a product.

You must contact us before returning any items. So we guide and provide you with the accurate address, guidance and information. 

Returns

Returns are so comfortable. You get 100% of your money back with 10% in store credit on your next purchase. 

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

-Gift cards.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To return a defected, damaged or wrongly shipped product, you should send us an email at Max@leyloon.com requesting a refund along with a photo for the item and we will guide you through sending the item to our overseas warehouse, once your request is approved. We will be responsible for the returning shipping charges of defected, damaged or wrongly shipped items, and we will make a refund of full amount or ship a new piece to you once the item is received, inspected, and the refund is approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Max@leyloon.com including pictures or videos of the damaged product. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

The gifts we send to you are non-refundable.

Shipping

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your order.
