Custom Design

How do I start a custom jewelry request?

Open the Atelier or message Help with the idea in plain language. You can start with a sentence, a stone, a reference image, a budget direction, or a date you need it by.

Will Leyloon make the piece before I approve the design?

No. The simple flow is design request, quote, buy it if you approve, then Leyloon makes the piece.

Can I send photos or inspiration?

Yes. Send photos, screenshots, stone links, sketches, certificates, or examples. Links can simply be pasted into the chat message.

Quotes And Orders

How do quotes work?

Leyloon reviews the request, stone direction, metal, scale, and timing before giving a clear quote.

Can I ask about an existing order?

Yes. Message Help with the order detail or question. Once the account/order connection is approved, order conversations can be connected directly to the customer’s order history.

What can I ask after placing an order?

You can ask about timing, sizing, delivery, quote updates, changes, aftercare, or anything that needs Leyloon to review the order.

Stones

Can Leyloon compare stones for me?

Yes. Ask about diamonds, moissanite, emerald, sapphire, ruby, shape, size, value, color, sparkle, and fit for a specific design.

Can Leyloon help choose between diamond and moissanite?

Yes. Leyloon can explain the practical difference in look, durability, budget, and design fit so the choice feels clear.

Can I use a stone I already found?

Yes. Paste the stone link or attach the certificate/image, and Leyloon can review whether it suits the piece you want.

Can I paste links in the chat?

Yes. Paste product links, stone links, inspiration links, or video links directly into your message.

Where do replies appear?

Replies stay in the same Messages conversation so the customer can return to the thread and continue naturally.
